- Representing companies, firms, individuals and other entities before the Reserve Bank of India and the Enforcement Directorate on all FEMA-related matters, including approvals and permissions.
- Consultancy Services in FEMA & International Taxation, on a case-by-case basis.
- Periodical Audit of company's FEMA Compliances to identify instances of violations of FEMA Regulations and offering advice on appropriate remedial action.
- All routine filings under FEMA, such as FC-GPR / FC-TRS Returns for FDI, drafting Loan Agreements for Form ECB / LRN, ECB-2 Returns for ECB, Form ODI/Annual Performance Reports under ODI Regulations/ Form FC/APR under the new Overseas Investment Rules and Annual Activity Reports of Branch/Liaison Office/Project Office of Foreign Companheies.
- Preparing applications to the Reserve Bank of India for Compounding of Contraventions of FEMA Regulations, with a view to mitigating the rigour of the penalty provisions under FEMA.
- Appearing before the Compounding Authority of RBI in Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi & elsewhere and representing the companies at the personal hearings before the Compounding Authorities.
- Issue of Detailed Opinions on issues in FEMA & International Taxation.
